Just hosted some good friends over for a real, New England style clam bake, starting with smoked salmon appetizer that I smoked myself, with steamer clams and steamed live Maine lobsters, shipped in from “Maine Lobster Now”, www.mainelobsternow.com, corn on the cob and tossed green salad. It’s an annual feast we always like to do around the Fourth!
